Hassle Free Service Agreement
All Repairs Covered
Hassle Free Service Agreement is Parker’s full service agreement. Parker’s provides complete maintenance coverage for your system. Under this plan, Parker’s is fully responsible for all maintenance, upkeep and repairs. This plan includes all costs associated with labor, parts, compressor and emergency services, plus two Energy Saving Tune-ups each year.
Peace of Mind Service Agreement
Discount on Repairs
Peace of Mind Service Agreement is a semi-annual planned maintenance plan. Parker’s provides two Energy Saving Tune-ups each year to extend the life of your equipment and keep it operating at peak efficiency. In the event your system should require repairs, all parts and materials will be discounted 10% from our existing rates, including those that occur on emergency calls. Under this plan, you will not be billed for overtime rates when service is required after hours, weekends or on holidays.
What’s Inspected
Each plan includes regular inspections to keep your system in top condition. These inspections include:
- Any necessary minor electrical or mechanical adjustments.
- Inspecting and cleaning or replacing filters.
- Checking operating temperatures.
- Checking amperage draw.
- Checking for refrigerant leaks.
- Cleaning and calibrating controls.
- Oiling and greasing motors.
- Checking indoor and outdoor coils.
- Cleaning condensate drain lines.
In addition to the many features provided with each plan, you will also receive a 10% discount on professional HEPA-AIRE® Duct Cleaning. All totaled, the savings and convenience are unbeatable.
