This position requires training and experience; however, Parker's will provide all of the training necessary to achieve this position over a period of time. A Lead Sheetmetal Technician installs heating, air conditioning and ventilation equipment in homes, businesses and other applications. With technical school graduation and Parker's training, this position may lead into the Installation Start-up Apprentice position.
This position requires a period of time as a Start-Up Apprentice. A Lead Start-up Technician is responsible for installation of heating, air conditioning and ventilation equipment in homes, businesses and other applications. Requires knowledge of refrigeration/heating theory and principles with proper use of tools/equipments used in the installation processes. With training, this position may lead into the Service Technician Apprentice position.
